You are invited to be a part of the Seventh Annual Fire Bible Summit, December 1-2, 2008, to be held once again at the fabulous Kapalua Villas on the island of Maui, Hawaii. The Summit is hosted by Assemblies of God Bible Alliance and Light for the Lost.
Annually, the Fire Bible Summit brings together pastors, district leaders and lay people dedicated to providing the Fire Bible, a Pentecostal study Bible, for the world.
At this Summit we will celebrate Bible Alliance's 10th anniversary of producing Fire Bibles! Special speakers will include:

We will listen to testimonies about the tremendous impact that a decade of producing the Fire Bible is having around the world. Currently the Fire Bible is in print or in development in 58 languages. As a result of our alliance partnership, millions of national pastors and lay workers in China and several other nations now have their own personal copy of this one-book Pentecostal library in their language. We are excited about the new Fire Bibles under way and can't wait to tell you more about them.
To be a part of the Summit, we ask that you provide 800 Fire Bibles at $10 each or $8000. It costs $10 to make available a Fire Bible for a national pastor or lay worker overseas in a language they can read, at a price they can afford. (The deadline for receiving the funds for the 800 Fire Bibles is November 1.)
Your entry to the Summit includes:
Six days, five nights in a one-bedroom villa at Kapalua Villas (Each villa has a sleeper sofa for families with children.)
Two fantastic banquets
Entry into one of the following (with great prizes for all three):
Golf Classic: two rounds of golf including the Championship Round on the Plantation Course (December 2-3)
Fishing Tournament
Shopping Competition
IMPORTANT:
You can set the dates of your five nights, but you must be present on Monday and Tuesday nights, December 1 and 2, for our two banquets. (For example, your five nights could be November 28-December 2 or November 30-December 4. You decide; we reserve.)
Additional Nights and Upgrades
Extra nights are available, and you can upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two- or three-bedroom villa if you want to bring your family. (Please call Lisa at 417.832.0440.) Two couples sharing a two-bedroom villa will get a special rate.
Children Welcome
Children will be our guests at the Summit, but we need to know how many will be attending (see registration form). Children are welcome at the banquets (we have a children's menu).
Many families take advantage of the Summit as an opportunity to spend Thanksgiving together in Maui.
Air Travel
The best route is to fly into Kahului Airport on Maui. Make your reservations as soon as possible, especially if you plan to use free airline miles. Direct flights are available to Maui from Dallas, Chicago and several West Coast cities. It will be possible for you to golf on the morning of December 3 and fly out that afternoon. (Most flights back to the mainland leave around 5:00 or 6:00 p.m., and the golf will be over by 2:00 p.m.)
Rental Cars
We do not provide rental cars. Anyone wanting to reserve a rental car during the Summit will need to take care of those arrangements.
Golf, Fishing, Shopping
For golfers, this is your invitation to play the same course that Daniel Chopra tamed to start the PGA tour. For fishermen, this is your invitation to fish in the Pacific Ocean. For shoppers, this is your invitation to participate in our greatest shopping contest ever.
Registration Deadline
The deadline for registration is August 1, 2008. We need your entry fee by November 1, 2008. Space is limited, so register as soon as you can.
